By clicking “Agree & continue”, uploading a resume, or otherwise using SkillBridge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SkillBridge is a free, no-account web application that uses third-party Large Language Models to:

• extract structured skills from a resume PDF;
• extract skills and requirements from a job description;
• generate a skill-gap report and a learning roadmap.

The Service is provided “as is” on a best-effort basis. It may be modified, paused or discontinued at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

You warrant that:

• the resume you upload is your own, or you have the right to upload it;
• the job description you paste does not infringe a third party's rights;
• your inputs do not contain malware, illegal content, or content that violates another's privacy.

You retain all ownership of your inputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the Service to you (see the Privacy Policy).

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service;
• use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive;
• upload third-party resumes without consent, or use the Service to screen candidates in a way that violates labor or anti-discrimination law;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or bypass any rate limits or security controls.

The skill-gap report, match score, and learning roadmap are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or wrong. They are not:

• career, hiring, legal, financial or educational advice;
• a guarantee that you will or will not get a job;
• a substitute for professional judgement.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the output.

The Service depends on third-party AI APIs (Groq, Google Gemini) and hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for their availability, output, or for the way they process your data on their systems beyond what we configure.

The SkillBridge name, branding, and the underlying source code (other than third-party libraries used under their respective licenses) are owned by the operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your inputs, or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the courts at the operator's location have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
